2024 ROSÉ
-
2024 Rosé
50% Grenache 50% Mourvèdre
Fermented and aged in a combination of stainless steel and concrete barrels for 5 months
-
It’s rosé people. Let’s not get too intrinsic about it. If this wine could be a beer, this would be Coors Light. Our thought process in making this wine: Summer 2025! For us, nothing says summer like cheap beer, American Flags, fireworks, and ROSÉ. The perfect wine for the pool, beach, backyard BBQ, or after a long day of fishing. This is what we’re pulling out of the cooler.

2024 CHARDONNAY
-
2024 Chardonnay
Salaal Vineyard, Edna Valley, CA
Fermented and aged in Neutral French Oak barrels for 5 months
-
A slightly different expression of its 2023 predecessor. We approached the 2024 vintage with the intent on capturing more freshness, acid, and aromatics. It still has all the volume and texture like the 2023, but showcases more spontaneity and pop. We want our Chardonnay to be an expression of us and the Chardonnays that inspire us. A white wine for any occasion: a nice dinner out, a glass of wine on the beach, or your “fix” after a long day at work.

2024 Chardonnay Extended Barrel Aged
Salaal Vineyard, Edna Valley, CA
Fermented and aged in Neutral French Oak barrels for 9 months
-
A more textural and serious expression of its 2024 predecessor. We decided to keep one barrel in the cellar to age a bit longer to see how the results would turn out. This Extended version has more volume and texture than the 2024 Chardonnay which was bottled only after 5 months of aging in barrel. However, it maintains acid, freshness, spontaneity and verve. This may be one of our favorite Chardonnays we’ve had the pleasure of making.

2023 GRENACHE
-
Armory Vineyard located in the Adelaida AVA of Paso Robles, CA
100% Dry Farmed Vineyard
30% Whole-cluster
Aged in neutral French oak barrels for 16 months
-
The 2023 Armory Vineyard Grenache exemplifies everything we want in our Grenache program: red fruit driven, varietally correct, light to medium bodied, and overall a seamless easy easy-drinking red wine for regular consumption. Grenache should never be overwhelming and fatiguing on the palate. It’s meant to be pretty, elegant, and feminine. If there is any red wine in our portfolio we would want to be our everyday drinker, it would be the 2023 Armory Vineyard Grenache.

2023 RED BLEND
-
57% Grenache, 38% Syrah, 5% Petite Sirah
Grenache from Armory Vineyard, Syrah from Jack Creek Vineyard, Petite Sirah from Levo Vineyard
30% Whole-cluster
Aged for 16 months in a combination of neutral and once-used French oak barrels
-
The 2023 Red Blend was a wine created on the blending table. It combines two different vineyards we got in 2023: Armory Vineyard and Jack Creek Vineyard. Armory is the warmer climate of the two vineyards, where we sourced Grenache from. Jack Creek is the cooler site that provided us with Syrah. The inspiration was to see how these two polar opposite sites and varieties could come together to show their best sides. We felt like our Red Wine program in 2023 lacked a bridge between the Grenache and Syrah as they stood on their own. We’re always trying to make Grenache pretty and feminine, while Syrah should be textural and masculine. But we felt like there needed to be a wine that stood between the two, a Yin and Yang wine that expressed all the best traits of each variety. This wine revealed itself when we landed roughly on a 60/40 blend: 60% Grenache, 40% Syrah. And just to round out the edges we included a little bit of Petite Sirah from the Levo Vineyard.

2023 SYRAH
-
Jack Creek Vineyard Willow Creek AVA of Paso Robles, CA
30% whole-cluster
Aged for 16 months in once-used French oak barrels
-
The 2023 Syrah is one of our favorites from the vintage. It comes from Jack Creek Vineyard; a cool climate site within the Willow Creek AVA of Paso Robles, CA. Jack Creek is one of the furthest west vineyards in Willow Creek, just under 10 miles from the ocean (as the crow flies) and sits at the base of the York Mountain AVA. Being so far west, the vineyard usually picks pretty late in the season and gets lots of hang time. This is great for grape maturity and fermentation extraction, while also providing us with lots of fun aromatics and flavors. This Syrah is almost as if cool climate Syrah meets Paso’s classic warm climate. It’s the best of both worlds. This Syrah is like no other in Paso.
